JUST A FEW NOTES: Your name tag will be provided Friday night at the Registration Table (or Saturday night if you are arriving late). This name tag must be worn at ALL EVENTS for you to be admitted. Your name tag also includes your meal selection for Saturday night dinner, plus your raffle ticket for our door prizes.

Please arrive by 6:00 pm on Saturday evening. Our group photo will be taken at 6:30 by Mike Groves. This photo will be FREE to you, and will be available online.

We will have LCHS student producers making a video of our reunion events. You may order this video ($20, CASH ONLY) from these students at the reunion. They will also be taking photos, and you may get custom photos from them for $5 CASH. Please support these LCHS students and consider purchasing a photo and/or video memory of our BIG 50!

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2016, 6-10 PM

Sign-in and Reception at Hotel Encanto, Azul Patio, with complimentary hors d'ouevres and a cash bar.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2016, 2-4 PM

Meet in parking lot of LCHS (located across El Paseo on the East side of LCHS) for a tour of the extensively remodeled school...you will not believe the changes! We are also hoping for a showing of the documentary made about the LCHS vs Mayfield nationally-recognized rivalry.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2016, 6 PM - MIDNIGHT

Cocktails at 6 PM, GROUP PHOTO at 6:30, and 7 PM Dinner/Dance at the San Andres Ballroom at the Hotel Encanto. Entertainment will be provided by Phat Soul, a terrific live band. A cash bar will be available.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2016, 1 - 4 PM

Meet at Veterans Memorial Park (on Roadrunner Parkway) for a memorial service for our Veterans of Viet Nam. We will honor all of our classmates who served (there were over 160 from our class) and the ones who paid the ultimate price, those who never returned, while serving our country.

We will conclude our weekend with a boxed lunch at the Memorial provided by our hotel. Soft drinks and water will also be provided.
